Contest Winner & New Challenge
The contest winners! I think Isabelle’s and Toby’s creations were spectacular and was honored to take third place. Come join us for the next contest. Details are at the end of the post.
My beloved followers! A few things to read this week. I posted another notice up on my spiritual services website if anyone wants to head on over there and read it, if you haven’t already. Here I want to elaborate a little bit on the scarecrow contest that I conducted back in October. I want to announce the winner end talk about a few things while I have the time.
For most of my contests, I usually have a pretty good number of contestants. I’ve done a makeover contest a few times, Plus other raffles that I’ve had on going on my spiritual services website. I still have them and I’m always happy to do them because it gives back to the people that support me whether through coming by and purchasing services, following me on social media and actively participating there by liking and commenting. Contribution to the Weekly Smile: “It Comes Back to You” #weeklysmile
Over the weekend, I began reorganizing my mother's bedroom and giving it a much-needed face-lift. Yesterday, I continued the process, taking a few minutes out of my day to bag some of the odds and ends she has to sort. This will make it less stressful and overwhelming. She was so surprised when she... Continue Reading →
Personal Post: “The Pressure to Follow”
As I continue on my constant journey with inner work, one of the lessons I have learned is the truth of an observation made by a very dear friend of mine: often, people adopt an idea or a label not because they want to - but because those around them have pressured them into... Continue Reading →

I realized I hadn't contributed to the Weekly Wise for a while and decided to kick the week off with this prompt. (Our week actually starts on Sunday, but I know most people by the modern calendar.) We've embarked on a new family project: assembling the bookcases we've waited years to get! It's exciting... Continue Reading →
Personal Post/Hobbies: “Voice”
Like many little girls, I grew up wondering what it would be like to sing and dance. While I did manage to learn dance, I never got involved with singing. I enjoyed singing in school and church but did not bother to learn anything that would improve my voice. For about six months... Continue Reading →
“Thought For the Day is back!”
Here's the first thought/quote for the day of 2021! It's been a while since I posted these regularly. This year will see plenty more deep, inspirational, motivational quotes here on S.D. Let's dive into self-esteem with this thought today. - E.W.
Contribution to “The Weekly Smile”: “Breaking the Shell” #weeklysmile
It's more important now than ever to build and maintain true community. I haven't been a very social person for most of my life and have begun making an effort to change that. Once I made that decision, a few old acquaintances began contacting me (interesting timing). One is a good friend in Texas,... Continue Reading →
