A helpful and encouraging article for anyone curious about a gluten-free diet. My family and I have experience with this, as well, and can attest to the problem gluten causes.
As most know, I’m a “pick & taster” when it comes to eating. I’ve maintained a breatharian diet for the most part but Life is also about the experience. The senses create memories and so I will have a bite or few, of things brought by my kids or visitors in order to taste and enjoy the moment with them. When I do actually sit and have a small amount of food though, I made sure to eliminate the ingredients of gluten and sugar. During a visit with my friend though, I did accidentally add sugar to my coffee out of habit in the past times that she was here when I used to eat a lot of sugar. She hadn’t been here in so long, that it felt like old times. But I immediately recognized my mistake, and after tasting a few sour patch kids that she had bought…

Today I give heartfelt thanks to the heavens for:
- weather I don’t like – so I will always remember to be grateful for the weather that I do like.
- all the people I come across in life who teach me something about myself, the world, and reality – even if they don’t know that’s what they’re doing.
- that I was given a chance to connect with a teacher who really knows the truth.
- for the roof over my head because I know what it’s like to have none.

As the journey towards higher self continues, I’ve been making some changes in my life. Recently, I posted about trying to be more just with myself. This has been a constant struggle, but I’m still working on it.
However, I’ve also been prompted to check my words to make sure they don’t hurt. While I’ve never been what most would consider to be a hurtful person, this is more about holding myself to a higher standard and making sure the standards I have set don’t slip. I think it’s important to take stock of your morals, habits, lifestyle, and motives regularly – kind of like giving yourself a spring clean, only it happens year-round.
One of the ways I’ve been tested recently has been through the various energies I deal with each day. The sun has been harsh here, as Alura predicted, which means I have greater trouble spending time outside. I need nature to stay balanced and happy, but sometimes I can’t manage to go out for my late evening walk. Even after the sun has been down for a while, it’s still pretty humid, which is also draining.
Nevertheless, I’m determined not to give up. I have renewed my plan of getting out at least once a day. I may just have to try to adjust to the changes. At least it will toughen me up! I am also resolving to do a better job with balancing my writing, workouts, household routine, spiritual exercises, and new job. It’s overwhelming, but I have to do better.
I am also adding several new links to the “Cruelty-Free Life” page. These are products that I can personally recommend that are both safe and cost-effective, especially for anyone wanting to stock up in preparation for what’s coming.
As for The Whiteraven Net, I discovered that with everything I’ve been trying to keep up to date, I’ve fallen behind on some of my weekly posts. It is important for me to release content to my author site regularly, but I also want to make sure that content is the best it can be. If I need an extra week, I need an extra. However, a new poem will be going up this Tuesday.
May you find happiness in even the darkest times.

It’s a wonderful thing to finally find a teacher who speaks the truth, but Alura has always said that real growth can bring challenges and sadness. This is especially true when you can clearly see that everybody else is fast asleep. It’s one thing to know it; it’s another to be able to see it.
People online are a perfect example. You have no idea how many I have shared Alura’s predictions and info with. They take a look and can clearly see that she’s the real deal. Yet only one or two have actually said they want to learn more. Even with everything that’s happening in the world (and they all know there’s more to the story than what they’re being told), they don’t bother to dig deeper.
Instead, they continue talking about how sad and depressed they are, even though they were just offered support. They spend most of their lives in front of the screen, posting and watching t.v., when they have just been led to something that can actually help them take back their lives. And they continue to believe every lie the media gives them, when they were just told the truth.
A few of them look at the links or videos and say, “Oh, that’s interesting.” What do you mean “interesting”? Clearly, you didn’t hear a word she said because you should be galvanized into action.
In the end, it’s their choice – since they believe there’s such a thing as freewill – but how many more chances do they think they’re really going to have for something like this? They have no idea what they’re really taking in when they sit at those devices or what kinds of effects it will have on them or their children in the near future. Ignorance is not bliss. It’s dangerous. However, I can hope that a few of them will eventually learn and maybe help others, too.

Latest poem. Check out the links below!

The fool abolishes law and order,
The imbecile claims he is God incarnate,
The ego seeks glory and psychic power,
The traitor worships the Gods Of Death.
All-hail the Indignation!
Let man be torn from the pedestal he stole!
The Owner Of Worlds is not amused.
The Mother and Father see all
As those below curse the name of Heaven
And darkened hearts burn in the sunlight.
Disbelievers accept strong delusion
Having chosen their own fate.
Rejecting their salvation time after time
Burning the messengers at the stake.
They’ll do so again if given half a chance.
Only the open hearts shall find refuge
Welcome to the Indignation!
Let the true warriors rise!
Behold the meek, the faithful and true
Before they enter their promised paradise.
Make note of the Virtues, remember them well
To be counted in a future life.
Beware the wrath of all nature and sin
Before…

I believe this article is for this year, but I’m not certain. Either way, it shows just how accurate Alura’s predictions are. Please pay heed. Much love to you all!
