This was the previous video Alura put out this week before the one on spiritual warfare. I felt I should share both as they go hand-in-hand.

Sometimes things don’t work out the way we’d like them to. If I had my way, this Grianstad season would be a lot more enjoyable. Instead, I’ve been challenged to make what I want out of it.
Lately, I’ve been suffering from severe anxiety, which is unusual for me. It’s not really surprising, however, considering the atmosphere and what’s about to happen in the world. Alura says one of the keys is to stay busy, maintain health and fitness, and not give up on our spiritual paths. And I must say that although I still have bad days, they aren’t as bad as they would be if I was sitting around doing nothing.
Everyone has been struggling to find work these days, and I’m no exception. I recently qualified to become a website tester but haven’t been given any assignments yet. I still do surveys, but that’s doesn’t help me earn enough to live on. What I do earn, I don’t keep for myself. It goes towards bills and the running of the household.
While I’m not yet where I want to be – and I have many of the same concerns about the future that others have – I’m not giving up. Being aware of the true times we’re going through (thanks to Alura and The Angelic Herald) brings a sense of calm, and following the guidance has helped immensely. My relationship with God and the Heavens is paramount, and prayer has become an even bigger part of my life than it already was.
That’s not to say I haven’t experienced some growing pains, though. I have, and I am. Working on my YouTube channel and trying to learn to do a little editing is sometimes a pain. The less I have to be bothered with “technology” the better, but it’s unavoidable for the moment. Trying to find the time to record aggravates me, but there are times when I almost enjoy it.
Another downside is that I haven’t been able to make time to write or continue editing my novel. As soon as I try to make time for it, something else comes up that leads to more anxiety – and if I’m anxious, I can’t focus enough to write. The good news is, I’m too busy with everything else to waste energy being upset about it.
So today, I’ve made a decision: No more try. Do. Just breathe and do stuff. I may not be able to balance everything yet, but I can balance some things.
I have reconnected with my friends in the Facebook group (Ethereal Consciousness). After some time, we’re all coming together again and making a point of showing up, posting, encouraging each other, and opening up a little more about ourselves where we feel comfortable. It’s beginning to feel the way it used to in the early days.
I’ve chosen to begin sharing a little more of my life here on the blog and may touch on a few more spiritual projects and experiences in the near future. Despite having more to juggle now, I’m going to make a point of being more active here, as well. I am not giving up on any of my projects, and I will not neglect any area of my life. I’m not going to submit to the darkness and heaviness in the air. Heaven has plans for me. And I don’t know what they all are, I intend to see them through to the end. I hope you’ll join me.
Blessed be,
E.W.

On December 23rd of last year, my mentor and friend, Alura Cein, released a new Trumpet Blast highlighting prophecies that are currently being fulfilled. I urge everyone coming across this post to click the link and read Her work first.
As always, I began instituting the suggestions given and have been encouraging others to do the same. I’m going to be sharing a few things across my social media platforms in the upcoming months that pertain to it, as well; but for now, I wanted to do a complimentary post to help any readers who feel overwhelmed or lost because they have never even thought of taking precautions like these. This is also to give others an idea of some things that might make their adjustments easier and less time-consuming.
Clean Air
We have been using an affordable air purifier from amazon for which we can easily order replacement filters. We can also get them with a carbon filter to help cut down on even more dust. However, over the past month or so, the air quality has gotten considerably worse – and that’s just indoors! We’re not even talking about what’s outside. I’ve posted about this on my Instagram page.
No one can afford to be without an air filter these days. Just look at the photos I’ve posted, if you have any doubts. I know others are getting serious about their air quality now, too, due to the predictions. My hope is to buy a better filter at some point, but for now, we use a small unit that can be moved from room to room.
Working Out
Staying active is vitally important, as Alura has said many times. Remember, She doesn’t say we have to stay inside all the time – just avoid more heavily populated areas. I still think it’s good to get out in nature whenever possible and to change the air (and, therefore, energy) in the house each day, weather permitting. This is another reason why air filtration is needed.
Strolls on walking trails and at nearby parks are great. When at home, keeping a regular workout schedule has helped me feel a lot better, physically and emotionally. I do a variety of routines, changing them up so that my body doesn’t get used to just one thing.
Lately, I’ve been taking advantage of videos on the MadFit channel, as well. People frequently forget how important stretching is. Last year, I made a goal to become more flexible and build up my muscles. I’m happy to say this channel has helped me stay motivated enough to reach that goal!
Diet and Nutrition
Alura also mentioned nutrition. If there was ever a time to change or improve your diet, this is it. If you aren’t sure where to go for supplements, you can try Living Farms. She carries the mullein leaf, which Alura has recommended, as well as a superfood supplement I can personally vouch for. The rose hip capsules are also great for women on their menstrual cycle, which is when I take them. As a result, I almost never have pain.
Stop buying bottled water and invest in a water filter. You can bottle your own water at home, save money, and build up a reserve that will come in handy during tough times. We use the Water Wise filtration system and even got one of their shower filters, too. They make a profound difference. They also sell the cleaning solution for the tabletop filter.
We’ve been using their products for years and are very happy with them. They recently sent us a replacement gasket for the shower filter when we told them the old one had worn out. So, their customer service is pretty good.
Cleaning
At the moment, we use products from Blueland. They are vegan and cruelty-free, and all packaging is recyclable. They also have hand soap and dishwasher soap. Since everything comes in the form of solid pellets, it saves on water usage and shipping costs. You can make up a batch of multi-surface spray or glass cleaner when you need to, which also saves on storage space. It’s a lot of fun and rather relaxing to watch the pellets dissolve in the hot water, too. I can see how parents with young children might be able to use that to make cleaning time more appealing to them.
You can also get some nifty cleaning tools to help make the job faster and easier. One that I now use on a daily basis is a UV sterilizer. I’m not including the link because we’re not 100% happy with the kind we got and will be checking out an alternative company. I’ll share that source when it comes in.
These are not substitutes for a real wipe-down, but using them does ensure I only have to pull out the Blueland once a day – unless I’m bringing a lot of packages, etc., in from the outside (or if there’s a lot of dirt being brought in). Of course, I wipe down the wand, as well, and am always careful not to shine it in my eyes or on my skin.
There are some that are made specifically for clothing, too. Be sure you take the clothes off before you sterilize them. Again, this is not a substitute for washing; but it has helped make laundry day easier when it comes to cleaning coats, sweaters, etc.
Spiritual Growth and Energy Maintenance
Finally, I cannot stress enough the need for energy work – and I’m not talking about reiki or the stuff you find on trendy youtube channels, or the so-called “alternative healing” info that has been out there for decades. I mean the real stuff. Be extremely careful who you allow to “work” on you. Ask a lot of questions; this is your physical, energetic, and spiritual health – your soul – that you’re trusting this person with.
The only person I trust with my energy is Alura, and I have discovered through personal experience how vital it is to get and maintain proper care. Regular clearings and a protection grid are a necessity. If you think they’re not, get one from Her and see what I mean. You’ll wonder how you were able to do anything without it! She’s the real deal; what She offers actually works.
I also highly recommend getting regular guidance, checking out things like the Heavenly Homework, Spirit’s Choice, or – if you really want improvements and are serious about taking care of your spirit – take a look at Her soul development program on Her website. Alura’s online platforms and website setup are changing this year, but don’t worry. I will update all links when they go live.
Final Note
I hope these ideas helped everyone to feel more proactive about the changing times. Alura has stated that this year will be rough for some people after January, but it doesn’t have to be miserable. Despite having so much going on over here, I will be continuing the True Sacred Space for the foreseeable future, with new content going up on Tuesdays. I can’t promise there’ll be something new every single week, but I do have more posts planned and will try to announce them ahead of time.
I’m excited about all the wonderful things this year will bring and the improvements I’ll be creating myself. With the right guidance, a person’s life can get better – no matter what the rest of the world chooses to do – as long as that person chooses to listen.

Effective immediately. If you have seen anything in the news lately, you know She’s telling the truth. Her words speak for themselves. Follow the instruction.

This post came at a perfect time for me. I hope it helps others feel they aren’t alone, as well.

During my time studying with Alura, She has encouraged the use of transcendental meditation. I can definitely attest to how essential it is. Setting up a regular meditation schedule and sticking to it is something I’ve had to do, and now it’s become more vital than ever. If I don’t do it, I notice the effects.
This also plays into an important lesson I’ve been learning: perseverance. Without going into too much detail, many things in life have gotten me down. Contrary to what New Age kept promoting, the spiritual path is not a bowl of cherries. There will always be obstacles – both of your own making and some from opposing forces – but do you know the real reason(s) they are there? Are they lessons? Tests? Prompts to get to you to go deeper? It’s nearly impossible to tell if you don’t have someone to help you or if you reject the idea that you need help and try to be your own “god”.
Speaking from personal experience, that’s never a wise idea. A wise person admits they need genuine help and asks for it. What is there to lose? Pride is not all it’s cracked up to be. I had to make a decision to value my soul over my pride, and I continue to make that choice each day. It’s the best choice I ever could have made.
Of course, one of the main obstacles to getting that help was financial because humans have created a society that places money above everything else. However, that just meant I had to plan to become more independent – which I’m supposed to do anyway. This was an added incentive. In the meantime, I take full advantage of all the posts, advice, and information my mentor puts out for free and try to follow as much of it as possible. Staying connected to people in our private Facebook group and other online platforms helps a great deal, too.
When I say “clear the air”, I suppose I should also add “clear the water” – since they say water represents emotions. When you truly put effort into following the advice and taking a leap of faith every now and then, you’ll eventually find yourself in a better emotional state. Meditation can seem like a struggle at first, but I know that’s either opposition or the natural result of something that can be used to stop me from going further. And since I’m empathic, not all the emotions I feel are necessarily my own. That can be hard to remember when you’re in the middle of it, but I try.
I struggle with motivation and anxiety just as others do, but I choose to use this as an opportunity to do something with them. I have to make the decision to seek help when needed and distract myself away from worldly distractions and refocus on the goals that probably aren’t as distant as they seem. Prayer is a great help, too. I pray multiple times a day – no set number, no fancy ceremony. I just talk to the Heavens.
Taking a break to physically exercise, spending time at my shrines or altar, and being with family are also vitally important to my well-being. It’s good to focus on the needs of someone other than yourself, too – family, friends, strangers who are having a tough time, as well. My mother has always said, “There’s always somebody who has it worse than you.” I’ve met some of them, and it makes me grateful for what I have and have done with my life. It also encourages me to keep aiming for my goals so I can one day help others more effectively. For now, kind words and a little extra effort are enough; and they can go a long way.
Learning the deeper truth about yourself and facing the “ugly parts” can be difficult, but perhaps we over-emphasize how difficult it can be. If the struggle is what you focus on, then that’s all you’ll see/feel/experience. I’m trying not to judge, only observe. Adopting that mindset has made a huge difference in my stress levels lately. Eventually, I see why I’ve been the way I have been and can learn, forgive, let go, an move on. The change happens almost automatically.
Yes, the obstacles will still come up. Yes, there are going to be days when you feel stuck; but it’s not the end of the world. Heaven takes care of those who truly believe and desire to grow the right way. My mentor has never given up on me because that’s the way Heaven is. One day, I hope I’ll be as unconditional. Meanwhile, I’m in training. That’s what my human life is for. So, I’m not going to panic if I get something wrong or give in to the temptation to pull away. No matter what the world decides to do, I can always work with God to make the air a little clearer.
